What I do:

User Centric Perspective
Well-designed products and services come from deep understanding of people, places and cultures.
Designers craft the experiences that connect people and objects. As a designer, I believe unending curiosity, an eye for the extraordinary, and deep understanding of people are the foundation of any design.
I gained deep knowledge of user research through completing my Master of Design thesis on participatory design—and 5 years more working at LPK and MicroStrategy. I have conducted many user research studies as well.
UX & UI
As a senior user experience designer at MicroStrategy, I managed the Mobile design team: working with iOS, Android and Windows. I planned and facilitated design team daily tasks, visions and championed design consistency by creating UI guidelines, iconography and templates for each mobile platform.
I have hands-on experience translating complex manipulations and usage scenarios into intuitive workflows and simple UIs that empower business users and data analysts to use mobile devices in revolutionary and intuitive ways.
I worked with program managers to refine product requirements and deliveries in both agile releases and months-long cycles. During which, I coordinated developers, quality engineers, technical writers, consultants and many more groups to build holistic solutions that optimize the user experience within these given constraints.
Solving the Puzzle
I worked with interdisciplinary teams to solve broad ranges of complex problems. In my time at LPK as product designer and MicroStrategy as UX team lead, I immersed myself in projects that expanded my adaptability and skills, including front end product innovation, product development, product releases and brand architecture.
I developed my technical skills through user experience design, product design, graphic design, packaging design, user research and trend research, and demonstrated the soft skills of team facilitation, management, coordination and presentation. These experiences allow me to focus on the bigger picture and ensure that all the components work together to meet end users’ desires and effectively solve problems.
